Sufi literature is distinguished by its sublime meanings and transcendent qualities. Sufi discourse is a pure stance emanating from divine love and affection, a cleansing of the material world, and liberation from the prison of the body. Contemporary poetry has succeeded in reflecting Sufi thought and its components to the reader. Regarding Sufi poems, some female poets have managed to express Sufi themes with sincere emotion and fervent feelings, resulting in poems of greater richness and high quality. Among them is the Kuwaiti poet Suad Al-Sabah, who expresses Sufi ideas with the intention of eliminating all the impurities of base expressions, transforming poetic language into a transparent veil that surrounds words, images, symbols, and meanings, thus extracting the greatest expressive energies in language and enabling her to elevate the level of the Sufi experience and embody it in diverse poems. Since the language of poetry is inherently mystical, Suad uses it as raw material, extracting its purest essence—a language devoid of worldly needs and brimming with the highest human meanings. This article examines the mystical discourse and its components in Suad's poetry using a descriptive-analytical approach. It cites, among other findings, that one of the most important components of her mystical discourse is divine love, which culminates in obedience to God, an obedience born of love itself, not fear of punishment. From her perspective, the Sufi's heart is an instrument for attaining divine love, which can only be realized through experience. She journeys on the path to God with her soul, her senses, and her heart. Among the most prominent mystical symbols in her poetry are supplication, the philosophy of existence and annihilation, and faith. There are secrets behind the words, for they are allusions understood only by the Sufi. She is a poet and an artist who plays the role of a mother who has lost her son, beginning with supplication to God. Among the Sufi terms are illusions, imagination, and inspiration, which for her are a means to reach certainty and understand the secrets of the world; she exaggerates illusion and presents herself as an illusion.

Sufi signs are shown in the linguistic and visual manifestations of Soads poetic experience, in a way that he uses dreams in her Sufi discourse to express her poetic experience and honest emotions as an imaginary world. She is trying to upgrade the material experience of love to the experience of mystical divine love. Sufi symbolic meanings in Soad al-sabahs poetry occur in purely personal symbols and are not related to universal and general feelings, and in their labels, they show prayer, philosophy of existence, nothingness, and also faith.
